The information here

The site describes the buildings we put up and how we work. It is general information, not a quote, and it is not engineering, legal or permitting advice for your property. Permit rules, setbacks and fees are set by your county or town and change from time to time; we confirm them for each project.

Photos and videos show buildings we and our customers have built. Your building will be designed for your site, your needs and your local code, so it will differ from the examples.

Quotes and contracts

Asking for a quote through the site doesn’t commit you or us to anything. A project begins only with a written contract signed by both sides, which sets out the building, the price, the payment draws and the warranty. If anything on this site differs from your contract, the contract governs.

Outside tools and links

Our online 3D building designer, financing through HFS Financial, maps and social media pages are provided by other companies under their own terms. Designs you make in the 3D tool are a starting point for a conversation and a quote, not a final drawing.

Our content

The text, photos, videos, drawings and logo on this site belong to Pole Buildings Unlimited Inc or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking. Sharing a link is always welcome.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t misuse the quote form (for example, sending automated or misleading requests) or try to disrupt the site.

Limits

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using the site itself. The warranties on our buildings are the ones in your contract.
