Our goal
We build and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard most accessibility laws point to.
What that looks like here
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a link to skip straight to the content.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast in both light and dark mode, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
- Photos have written descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Customer videos play only when you choose, never with sound on their own, and include captions.
- Motion is kept short, and it switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Forms label every field, explain mistakes in words, and work without JavaScript.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
Where outside tools fall short
Our online 3D building designer and the HFS Financial application are run by other companies. If either one gives you trouble, call us and we’ll take your details over the phone instead.
