Step 1: Quote & contract
Tell us what you need. Our designers put together drawings and an organized, easy-to-read quote, then work through the details with you until the building is yours.

My name is Gary Sensenig. I was born and raised a horse-and-buggy Mennonite in rural Pennsylvania, where I worked in construction for more than ten years and learned residential and commercial building from the ground up. Today I live in Delaware with my wife, Shontee, and our children.
Pole Buildings Unlimited is our family business. We design and build pole buildings: garages and shops, horse barns, farm buildings, barndominiums and commercial buildings, across Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
We believe traditional business values and a conscientious work ethic are what keep a company going. A large share of our work comes from repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals, so our whole team is focused on taking care of each customer, start to finish.
Our goal isn’t a one-time sale. It’s a working relationship that lasts for years. I’d welcome the chance to earn your trust.

We manage the permits for you, wherever you live. Homes usually take 3 to 5 months to permit, depending on the county. Garages and farm buildings move faster.
