My name is Jamie Rellis. There was a guy down the block. I saw a pole barn being built, so I stopped in, and the guy couldn’t recommend Gary more. I made a call, met Gary and his team. It was the best decision that I’ve ever made.

So it’s a good building, 60 by 40, and frankly, I underestimated all of the rules and regulations it would take to get this project done. And that’s where Pole Barns Unlimited really stepped up to the plate.

Quite frankly, I have a man cave upstairs that I’m very proud of, and this is the culmination of many years in my head, and here it is in reality today.

I’ve been in this building for just under a year, and I have had no issue, not even one. Now, we’ve had some pretty heavy weather factors this year. You know, you’d normally get a leak here and there. Nothing.

You know, start to finish, we started the project in January, in the dead of winter. These guys were done here, start to finish, as it is today, three months, and that’s in record time.

His growing winery needed more room. He met Gary while collecting quotes and could tell our work was different.

Hi, my name is Adrian Mobilia. I am the owner and founder of Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery. We had outgrown the original building, so I had been working on plans to do an addition, and I was getting quotes from various builders. There was a little bit of nuance with this because you had to tie into an existing building. So I called and spoke with Gary, looked at the floor plan of what I wanted to add on, and he said, yeah, we can do this. And it was within budget, and we decided to move forward with them.

We knew we wanted a separate barrel room. We know we want a dedicated laboratory. We knew we wanted a dedicated bottling room. We know we needed some offices. Then he built a lean-to on that side of this 50-foot box and a lean-to on that side of the 50-foot box and made it look symmetrical. The details were very important. It wasn’t about just get in and get out.

Well, first and foremost, they’re honest and sincere. I mean, if nothing else, you have to like the people you do business with. I genuinely like Gary. I felt that he genuinely cared about the project and understood that my success was a reflection of him and his company. I mean, they did a great job. Thrilled to death with them. Anyone’s welcome to come look at the work if they want to see it.

“Anyone who wants to get a pole barn built quick and fast, I would definitely go with Pole Buildings Unlimited.”

An industrial addition to seat more guests, from concrete floors to metal ceilings, at the best price he found.

Hi, I’m Clay Reynolds, owner of Shaka Shack in Millville, Delaware. We were just like trying to get a new part added on, and they had the best price point for getting a pole barn put up with concrete floors.

I have really tall ceilings, so you don’t feel like you’re crammed in here. It has a nice big old glass door, so all the sunlight comes in. Definitely way more space than we had when we first started with little sheds. Able to do like different colors for the outside, and just to go with the theme of what we were looking for. And we got like the metal for the ceiling, which was a lot better than having the drywall done. So happy with that.

Anyone who wants to get a pole barn built quick and fast, I would definitely go with Pole Buildings Unlimited.
